Before booking, please read and confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

The hire time booked includes all setup and pack-down time and covers your full time in the studio.

As the Hirer, you confirm that you have provided London Rehearsal Space with full and accurate details regarding the intended use of the studio and acknowledge that all activities must be agreed in advance:

Additional charges may apply if the studio is not vacated by the agreed finish time

You agree to treat the space with care at all times and ensure it is left clean and tidy after use

Smoking, naked flames, fog machines, hairspray and aerosol products are not permitted anywhere within the studio premises

As the Hirer, you are responsible for repairing any damage caused or any excessive cleaning required during the hire period

London Rehearsal Space accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises
